**State Festival Judges Fee**

The fee for WHSFA to hire a judge for the 2008 State Speech Festival will be $200. The increase in fee is due to the State Office needing to pay mileage, meals and lodging for WHSFA hired judges. If you need a list of available certified judges, you can either check with the State Office or with your District Chair.
