On a statewide level, WHSFA will collect Middle Level registration and dispatch entries to Level 1 and Level 2 festivals as selected by each coach registering. Festival managers are encouraged to use SpeechWire to schedule and tabulate their festivals, but *must* report results to the State Office via SpeechWire. The State Office will communicate to contest hosts how to access SpeechWire; contest hosts should NOT "order" the service from SpeechWire.

Would you like adjudicators to be able to access electronic evaluations in SpeechWire? Once you start your festival, adjudicators who want to will be able to log into https://live.speechwire.com, access their rounds, type their evaluations and award points. You won't even have to tabulate their results; they will come in automatically. NOTE: please tell coaches that adjudicators who are interested should bring a laptop/tablet; also, you must be able to provide adjudicators access to a WIFI public/guest network.
